    CFA-Iams Ambassador Program Forms

    The forms below should be printed and taken to shows.  The Spectator Feedback form is to be completed by the visitors with whom you speak and mailed by you to the Project Leader.  The Vendor Letter should be distributed to the vendors at the show.  It is suggested that it is determined at the beginning of each show which Ambassador will distribute the letters so that vendors only receive one copy.  The Ambassador Feedback form is a PDF form to be completed by each Ambassador following the show.
