CATTERY NAME REGISTRATION

The purpose of a cattery name is to identify the breeder and/or owner of a cat or kitten and to identify the line of breeding. A new cattery name will be registered for an initial five (5) year period. The fee is $75.00.

You must read the following prior to placing your order for a cattery name:

NOTE: The 3 boxes below, showing that you have read and understand the cattery name application process, MUST be checked in order for your cattery name application to be handled by Central Office.

   I have checked the list of registered cattery names and the one(s) listed below are not already in use.
   I understand that submission of this form is not an automatic approval of the cattery name(s) selected below. If the chosen cattery names below are not available, Central Office staff will contact me via email for resolution.

NOTE: Cattery names may not exceed twelve (12) characters, including dashes, hyphens, blanks, etc. List your choices for your cattery name. Do NOT enter a word which you are not willing to accept as your cattery name. Second, third or fourth name choices WILL BE USED ONLY if first or preceding choice is not available. ENTER ONLY THOSE ADDITIONAL NAME CHOICES YOU ARE READY TO ACCEPT AS YOUR CATTERY NAME if we are not able to register your first choice.You are not required to enter second, third or fourth choices, however, failure to do so may cause delay if your only choice is unacceptable due to a conflict with existing cattery names.

CATTERY NAME RENEWAL FEE

A registered cattery name can be renewed for an additional five (5) year period. The fee is $25.00

KITTEN SCORING FEE

Kittens will be scored for Regional/National Awards if entered and competing in accordance with the show rules, AND which have been individually registered and whose registration number has been either entered in the master catalog prior to the close of the show OR provided to Central Office NO LATER THAN 5P.M. EASTERN TIME ON THE TUESDAY IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SHOW along with the $25.00 fee.

ANNUAL CLUB DUES

A club’s fee of $80.00 for membership and $15.00 insurance surcharge and current membership list must be received in the Central Office as of February 1 each year in order to be eligible to vote in CFA elections.

NOTE: While we are accepting club dues through online payment, club membership lists via e-mail are not acceptable. Membership lists must be mailed to Central Office or faxed to 732-528-7391.

CLERKING PROGRAM BIENNIAL DUES

The 2010 / 2011 biennial dues are $20.00

ANNUAL JUDGES FEE

The Judges Fee is $30.00 (increase effective Jan.1.2010) annually and payment must be received by Central Office no later than the first business day of January each year.

CFA Breed Awareness & Orientation School Registration Fee

The CFA Breed Awareness & Orientation School is open to anyone who may someday plan to apply to the CFA Judging Program as well as those serious CFA breeders who may desire a better understanding of the judging process and the other recognized breeds with which they do not work. The CFA Breed Awareness & Orientation School will be held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, November 18-20, 2010 at the Jameson Inn of Indianapolis West, 3850 Eagle View Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46254.

REGISTRATION:

FEE for 1st time attendees: $250.00
- includes continental breakfast and lunch on Friday. A reservation confirmation will be sent.

FEE for 2nd time attendees (attending only Friday and Saturday): $150
- includes continental breakfast and lunch on Friday

CFA Judges: $125.00
- includes continental breakfast and lunch on Friday
